1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 666phl platform — including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 666phl.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and 666phl. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 666phl recommends checking this page periodically so you stay informed.

2 Eligibility

To create an account and use 666phl, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines as set by PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 666phl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from 666phl, whether voluntarily or as a result of a violation of these terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

666phl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are being met. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one active 666phl account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow anyone else to access your 666phl account. 666phl will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to maintain the security of their login details.

If you forget your password or suspect your account has been compromised, contact 666phl support immediately at support@666phl.best. The account will be secured while the matter is investigated.

• Accounts registered with false names or identities will be permanently closed.
• Duplicate accounts opened by the same individual will be merged or suspended, and any bonus funds associated with the duplicate account will be forfeited.
• 666phl reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, after notifying the member via the registered email address.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

666phl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be clearly displayed at the time of the transaction request. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment channel used.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• 666phl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be held for review if the account has not yet completed identity verification, or if suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, 666phl reserves the right to correct the balance and reclaim any funds credited in error.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 666phl are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. These rules are displayed within each betting market and game section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing a wager.

General betting rules that apply across all markets on 666phl include the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 666phl system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the member.
• 666phl reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), a suspended market being inadvertently left open, or circumstances beyond our control affecting the outcome of an event.
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled sporting event, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to the specific sport, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of 666phl, particularly during significant moments such as video reviews, injury stoppages, or technical disruptions.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.
• 666phl uses official sources for result verification. In the event of a dispute, 666phl's determination of the official result shall be final.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

666phl offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is advertised.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Each member is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times by using different accounts, payment methods, or devices is prohibited.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings derived from free bet usage are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
• 666phl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after members have already opted in, any qualifying activity completed prior to cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation of offers — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 666phl platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or gain an unfair advantage on 666phl.
• Colluding with other members to fix outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in match-fixing or event manipulation in any form.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent self-exclusion, claim multiple bonuses, or avoid detection.
• Using 666phl for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. All suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Attempting to access 666phl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, by using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 666phl staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system glitches on 666phl. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately. Intentional exploitation will be treated as fraud.

8 Responsible Gaming

666phl is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We recognise that a small number of people can develop problems with gambling, and we take that seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 666phl members directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 666phl account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of play to remind you how long you've been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 666phl if you feel you can no longer manage your gambling. This is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period chosen.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666phl platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, software, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666phl or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any 666phl content without prior written permission from 666phl. Any unauthorised use of 666phl's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 666phl for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 666phl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, telecommunications outage, or force majeure events.

666phl does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. 666phl will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.

666phl's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

666phl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request, including self-exclusion requests under Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, 666phl reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending full investigation. Legitimate balances held in accounts closed for other reasons will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 666phl that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

13 Changes to These Terms

666phl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via their email address on file and display a notice on the platform. The updated terms will indicate the date they were last revised.

Continued use of the 666phl platform following notification of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
